What information do I need to provide to complete a virtual renovation?
The more information supplied the better! At minimum, we need:
- A high resolution image.

- Reference images or mark-up sketches.
What if I want to change something?
Please note that Virtual Renovation is a “first and final” output. You will be required to provide a full design brief before commencement of the virtual renovation project.
Small changes that fall within the original design brief and are requested within 2 months of the original job, will be made at no cost. If you change your mind from the original design brief, additional fees will be charged.
Do you offer volume discounts?

How long do you store my images for?
After we finish your edits, we will store them for a minimum of 90 days. To ensure you have a lasting copy, kindly download and save the files to your own system.
